CONSTITUTION

Article I
The organization shall be called "European Soft Tennis Federation", "ESTF" in abbreviation.

Article II

The organization shall reside in Horymirova 1/1170, Havirov, Czech Republic.

Article III
English shall be the official language of the ESTF.

Article IV
The aims of the ESTF´s activities
1) ESTF shall support interests of its members
2) ESTF shall co-ordinate activities of its members
3) ESTF shall represent European soft tennis
4) ESTF shall hold events or shall depute the holding of the events to its members
5) ESTF shall make regulations on the events schedule
6) ESTF shall make technical regulations and rules in accordance with similar international regulations and rules.

Article V
The membership of the ESTF
Members shall be affiliated to the ESTF by the decision of the General Assembly. The President may approve the provisional affiliation of a member. Provisional affiliation shall be approved by the General Assembly.

Article VI
The members´ rights
1) to elect the authorities of the ESTF
2) to be elected as an authority of the ESTF
3) to check the accounting of the ESTF
4) to enquire of all the ESTF authorities for their activities
5) to take part in General Assembly
6) to be notified of ESTF events

Article VII
The members´ duties
1) To observe the regulations and the rules of the ESTF
2) To care for the reputation of the ESTF
3) To submit to the decisions of ESTF and its authorities

Article VIII
The authorities of the ESTF
The ESTF constitutes following authorities:
1) President
2) General Secretary
3) General Assembly

Article IX
President
1) The President shall be elected by the General Assembly
2) The President shall act in the name of ESTF independently
3) The President shall represent the ESTF at all level
4) The President shall arrange the General Assembly meeting
5) The President´s term of office shall be four years

Article X
General Secretary
1) The General Secretary shall be elected by the General Assembly
2) The General Secretary shall care for the events held by the ESTF or shall depute this duty to the national association
3) The General Secretary shall act in the name of the ESTF independently
4) The General Secretary moderates the General Assembly meeting
5) The General Secretary cares for the observance of the ESTF regulations and rules

Article XI
General Assembly
1) All the members of the ESTF shall be the members of the General Assembly
2) The General Assembly meeting shall be proceeded if at least three members are present
3) The General Assembly meeting shall be held at least once a year
4) The day of the General Assembly meeting shall be proclaimed at least two months before
5) Each member has one vote. The motion is carried by the majority of the present members of the General Assembly.
6) Only General Assembly shall change the constitution of the ESTF.
7) The General Assembly shall approve the budget and the final account of the ESTF
8) The General Assembly shall approve the annual contribution of the members.

Article XII
The property management principles
1) The sources of the ESTF incomes shall be the members´ annual contributions and the donations
2) The ESTF´s property shall be used for the activities and events held by ESTF

Article XIII
By laws
1) This constitution shall be valid and effective as from the date of the signature.
