All the tournament details will be specified by the host countries' organizations.

2. 2004 ESTF members' contributions

Each member organization will pay 20 Euro as a member's contribution for the initial costs (postal charges, stamps, bank account establishment)

3. European Players Ranking System (EPRS)

3.1. Division of the tournaments

Tournaments are divided into two groups, 1st and 2nd class.

1st class tournaments are based on exchange system, host country bears all the expenses (except of the travelling expenses). These tournaments are announced as the international tournaments by the end of the prior year.

2nd class tournaments are usual national tournaments, opened for the other countries' players by the decision of the national organization. These tournaments should be announced at least month before they are held. Host country announces the start fee in the invitation (start fee includes food and accomodation)

3.2. Ranking system

Each participant on the ESTF tournament is given points to the EPRS according to his result on the tournament. EPRS is kept by the ESTF General Secretary and published on the ESTF website (http://estf.softtenis.com).
EPRS is kept for girls and boys and men and women.
Players can participate on the junior tournaments until the end of the year they are sixteen.

Players are also given an extra points. Each player who defeates another who is situated higher in the EPRS is given points according to the following table:
